We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious employee for the brand new position Employee Stock Management BModesto Group. As an employee stock control, you are focused on continuous improvement in terms of logistics performance, processes and procedures. You will report to the Logistics Manager and work closely with the other departments in our warehouse. Are you keen to launch new initiatives? Then take up this great challenge with us!

This is what you will do

  • Ensuring items are in the correct location, contain the correct labels and perform random checks
  • Coordinate monthly and annual stock counts (including preparing count lists)
  • Maintaining stock levels by conducting periodic or ad hoc counts and recording results
  • Answering questions from employees regarding stock (differences), e.g. tracing erroneous entries or matching data
  • Making improvement proposals for the logistics processes and warehouse layout to the Logistics Manager
  • Maintaining location management in the ERP system
  • Supporting the order team during stock discrepancies
  • Liaising within the BModesto Group with the Inside Sales Department on stock questions

This is what you have

  • Minimum MBO work/think level
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a logistics or control function
  • Knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Lean and 5S is an advantage

This is what you bring

  • MBO-HBO level experience in the logistics field;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a logistics or control function
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Lean and 5S is an advantage
